• Comment: The team, especially the younger gentleman, were very professional and courteous. They explained what damage they saw and what the probable plan of action would be. It was particularly warm that day and I had to be forceful with them to accept iced water. They worked continuously until all the furniture was stored. Machines were in place for drying the various areas. Overall, I was highly impressed with their services.
