Comment: Also the technician, Cesar, was very polite, supportive and always showd up when he said he would. He always put on booties to keep our floors and area rugs clean which we really appreciated:and was very kind in his manner of dealing with our leak problem. He worked well around our schedule as well. We highly recommend this gentleman to continue in this capacity. Ronda was always polite in scheduling the tech and briefing us on next steps in our process. A weakness of this survey is you can't answer or respond to numbers 12 & 13--- SORRY!! It will not accept my typing-- boo hoo!!
