• Comment: This is the second review we've written for DKI Restotech within the past six months. They assisted us with repairs related to a water leak several months ago. We had a second leak and, as a result, required complete restoration of a walk-in shower, bathroom floor, and drywall and painting a bedroom. We immediately asked the insurance company to utilize DKI Restotech for this as all aspects of our first experience with them were so positive.
  
  As with our first job, John Williams came to do the initial assessment. We greatly appreciated his promptness and support with completing the assessment and providing all the necessary documentation to the insurance company. He is a pleasure to work with and a helpful, calming presence in the midst of the frustration of needing unexpected house repairs.
  
  Shawn Fulford and Mike were prompt and helpful in scheduling the work. Mike remained in regular communication. He was consistently available, responsive, and supportive.
  
  The crews who completed various aspects of the work- reinforcing the floorboards, dry mopping the shower, installing the shower and floor tiles, repairing large sections of drywall, replacing the carpet, and painting the walls were all excellent. They were professional, polite, clean, prompt, and did excellent work. We could not be more pleased with the results of their work.
  
  We are very grateful to DKI Restotech and continue to give them our highest recommendation for anyone requiring damage-related restoration.
