- Comment: We had a water leak into our MBR closet. I called our insurance company and with our deductible being $5000 we wanted to have the work done and not get them involved. The insurance company gave me a list of names but said they had good experiences with Restotech so I called them. They had a man, Guillermo out in a matter of minutes. He set up the blowers and came back on Sunday to removed the damaged carpet padding and closet panels. Eddy Perez came out on Tuesday to look over the damage and what needed to be done. He had a crew of three out to our house on Thursday as they needed to order materials and completed the job in one day. We did have a very minor issue on one of the panels and they were out the next day to correct the issue. I could not be happier with the service and job they did in such a short period of time. Less than a week from the first phone call to completion. The closet looks exactly like it did before the damage. Thanks Restotech!
