The customer called us for a total loss house fire that originated from a faulty battery that was charging. The house was originally standing but due to the extensive damage, we had to take it down to the studs due to the fire and smoke damage. We first removed the content and determined what was salvageable and what needed to be replaced. We then proceeded with the rebuild of the home. In the meantime, we restored the content that they were able to keep so it would be ready when the house was finished. When the home is finished, it will be better than before the fire damage.
